Nick Clark Windo

Training Consultant at Impact Factory

Nick works at the intersection of communication, creativity and business.

As a Senior Consultant at Impact Factory, Nick has worked with all manner of clients, ranging from financial organisations like ING, Schroders and Permal, to creative companies such as DigitasLBi and Bossa Studios.

He has created large-scale pieces of training for companies including Britvic and Roche and also worked with not-for-profit organisations such as Mind and Nesta.

What’s most important to Nick is that the new tools and techniques explored during a training session are tangible and relevant and that they are practical enough for delegates to use straight away.

If the work is too theoretical, it rarely makes it back to the ‘real world’, and it’s unlikely to engage people or inspire change. With a working style of clarity, passion and humour, Nick is determined to make every training session hit its mark with each individual in the room.

Nick studied English at Cambridge and acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He played the lead role in a big-budget Greek-Hispanic co-production about the artist El Greco. Over the last ten years, as well as working as a trainer, he set up, raised finance for and currently runs a feature-film script development fund.

His film Dead In A Week (or your money back), starring Tom Wilkinson, was released in 2018. His first novel, The Feed, was published by Headline in the UK and HarperCollins in the US in early 2018. The Feed has been adapted for television in a big-budget production for Amazon / Liberty Global / All 3 Media, on which Nick is an Executive Producer.

Bringing together his years as a trainer and experience at the business end of the creative industries, in his work at Impact Factory Nick specialises in

as well as one-to-one and group Leadership work and developing and running Impact Factory’s week-long Elite programme, Presentation With Impact.
