I thought the course was fantastic. It helped provide direction and inspiration for me when writing our new training programme for new starters. I delivered my first session last Tuesday and was able to put a number of the ideas to good use. It took me a few hours to warm into it as I rushed through my introduction, didn’t use my notes and went a bit of on a tangent but on the whole the session went well. The group interacted, contributed and I believe they went away with the desired learning points so I feel it was successful. I recognise it was my first attempt and it was never going to be perfect but I have a number of areas to reflect on and improve for next time. I think it would have been less successful if weren’t for the course so thank you for everything.
