“This is my third course with Impact Factory and they always provide an outstanding learning experience. Not a PowerPoint or video in sight. The team use interactive and varied approaches to bring out the best in every participant. Weaving practical activities, up to date research and self-exploration through the course, we learned much from each other as well as from the trainers' in depth knowledge. By the end of the 2 days, I had learned a lot about my management style, how this can be adapted to different personnel, and how to work through challenging situations with greater effectiveness.
